1. In my country if you work for the government, the government will pay for your health care and will give you a special card to store some money in it every month. But if you are not work for the government, you should pay it by yourself and most of them are expensive.

2. The good thing is cheaper for the people who work for the government, but on another way, the more people should pay tons of money for their health care and in fact parts of them do not have enough money to pay for it. Just for me,  I think it is not a good system.

Responds

In her article “a life cut short by Tobacco” Terry Martin writes “While tobacco is usually a slow killer, with the

toxins and carcinogens in tobacco smoke taking years to poison us, that’s not always the way of it. Sometimes tobacco

strikes a person down young.” The author’s point is smoking is very bad for your health and it just likes a killer who close to you slow.

I agree with her opinion, because one of my uncle start smoking from 14 years old to now. On his 36 years birthday

party the year before last year I fond all of his tooth turn black and totally looks like a drug man.  Unfortunately, he

dead by smoking.

Summary: The new technology makes the gene therapy more effective. Till November 10, 1998 people found a new way

what use the specially designed targeting to move the damaged cells to the right place, and this kind of new technology

can instead of the old one, moreover they believe this kind of way must be more effective.

Cheering for the new technology, they changed our life and maked it better. Even I do not know what can we get in our

daily life from this kind of change, but I still feel it must be a new chapter in modern science.
