Now he had some personal experience and feeling about quit smoking, moreever the daily life after he quit smoking is totally different. When he quit smoking for 5 months he found he was not wanting a smoke, and everything turns to better. During this time something remind of his memories whom help him have a good mind-set to quit smoking. After he quit smoking successful he found setting a quit date is really helpful to quit smoking, and he suggest people do it. Moreover, if you really want to quit smoking do not wait the last pack, just do it right now. Future is what you make of it, just do it right now and god will stand at the same side with you.

Parental wrote 1982, there had an unknown virus in U.S, and later in the 70s it had been named AIDS. and the government and medical experts thought there had at least three ways to infect AIDS, and soon people get more information about AIDS, they finger it out how to spread and how to prevent it. After that AIDS has been spread very fast till 20 century and it has been a dangerous global disease. In 2001, experts still not believe that there would had a way to heal the disease, because the know it is hard to make people change their behaviour which can cause AIDS. And now the high cost, less socially acceptable behaviour and the wrong cognition make the AIDS prevention stop developing. But now we know more AIDS information, so that we can developing th prevention programs easily.

That means the more percents of old people, government have to spend more money and health care resources on them, and the second one means rich country spend more money on health care and people can have a good treatment, but poor can’t.
